02 - THE SEARCH BEGINS
Should you decide to work together, Devon uses the information you discussed to begin the search and start sending you houses that fit your criteria. When one catches your eye, she’ll take you to go see it as soon as possible. If you decide this home is "the one," Devon ensures you know exactly what it will take to make it yours, employing the best strategy to compete against multiple offers. She’ll guide you through the process of submitting the offer, with complete attention to detail.
03 - COUNTDOWN TO CLOSING DAY
If your offer is accepted, we’ll continue through the process of inspection, appraisal, financing, and more. Real estate can be unpredictable, so Devon will be there to keep stress at bay, and keep things moving smoothly until you can officially relax and celebrate, with keys in hand.
