Generally, she recommends sticking to handy-man level projects, such as snaking a slow drain, caulking kitchens, and bathrooms, touch up painting, and roof cleaning. Whether it’s a small maintenance item, or a larger project that you’d like to have done (kitchen cabinet painting or new counters, garage door replacement, etc), she’ll obtain bids for each project and coordinate the work be completed from start to finish. You can spend your time and energy packing and deciding where your move will take you, rather than working on the prepping of your current home. Devon and her team coordinate everything from cleaning and landscaping to staging and inspections.

Are you handling the estate of a loved one and feeling overwhelmed by the personal belongings left in the home? Hand the reins to Devon and her team; she’ll handle clearing out the home, donating any personal belongings that remain and coordinating any remaining projects. 01 - SCHEDULE A SIT-DOWN 

Complete the brief form within the Contact page, or simply call Devon and schedule a sit-down over coffee or a glass of wine. This is a great chance to chat about your current situation, your home, and your goals for selling it. Devon will give you her professional opinion on price, presentation and listing timeframe.

02 - LISTING PREP

Should you decide to work together, Devon will complete a full walkthrough of your home and discuss what stays and what goes into storage, what small improvements would be a wise pre-sale investment, whether staging is needed, the marketing plan,  listing price, preinspections and more. After this second meeting, you'll be ready to hand everything off to Devon and her team!

03 - listing through closing  

Once your home hits the market, you'll receive constant communication from Devon, outlining showings, feedback, market data and online activity.
