As the offers start rolling in, Devon will walk you through considerations for each, so you’re ultimately selecting the offer that closely aligns with your goals. Once the strongest one is chosen, she’ll be there to coordinate with the appraiser and inspector and ensure all remains on track for your agreed-upon closing date.
