Even in a “seller’s market”, the process of selling your home is never treated lightly. Navigating multiple offers in a short period of time can be confusing and overwhelming. If or when that’s not the case, you also don’t want to jump at making a decision like lowering the price too quickly. Devon will be there to guide you through each & every nuance so you can feel 100% confident in the outcome. 

THE SELLING PROCESS

01 - SCHEDULE A SIT-DOWN 

Complete the brief form within the Contact page, or simply call Devon and schedule a sit-down over coffee or a glass of wine. This is a great chance to chat about your current situation, your home, and your goals for selling it. I’ll weigh in with my honest opinion so you can make an informed decision.

02 - LISTING PREP

Should you decide to work together, Devon will complete a full walkthrough of your home and discuss what stays and what goes into storage, what small improvements would be a wise pre-sale investment, whether staging is needed, photography, the listing price, other desired contract details, marketing strategies, and more. After this second meeting, you really won’t have to worry about anything other than heading out when it’s time to show it off to prospective buyers!

03 - COUNTDOWN TO CLOSING DAY  

As the offers start rolling in, Devon will walk you through considerations for each, so you’re ultimately selecting the offer that closely aligns with your goals. Once the strongest one is chosen, she’ll be there to coordinate with the appraiser and inspector and ensure all remains on track for your agreed-upon closing date. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, but before you know it, you’ll have the check in hand and be on to what’s next.
